On February 16, we experienced a deeply special morning during the Loyalty Recognition Breakfast, a celebration dedicated to honoring those who have contributed years of commitment, professionalism, and consistency that have shaped the history and growth of Vívaro Telecom.
From the very beginning, the atmosphere was filled with emotion. Guillermo Enrique Villaseñor Medal, Director of Human Capital, shared a warm message highlighting the importance of every journey, reminding us that behind each year of service are moments, lessons, and contributions that leave a lasting mark.

During the breakfast, a commemorative video was presented, bringing together moments, memories, and scenes that reflected the history, growth, and impact of each recognized journey. It was a particularly meaningful moment that filled the room with emotion and pride, reminding us that behind every year of service are stories worth celebrating.

In an especially significant moment, both leaders also received their own recognition: Gustavo Mario De La Garza Flores, for 35 years of service, and Guillermo Enrique Villaseñor Medal, for 5 years of dedication—a moment that moved everyone in attendance.
The event took place at Obispado Eventos, where honorees enjoyed breakfast accompanied by soft music that made the gathering even more special.
During the ceremony, years-of-service awards were presented, along with a gift prepared especially for the occasion, as a symbol of the organization’s deep appreciation.

At Vívaro, people are the heart of everything we do. We believe in supporting their development, accompanying their professional and personal growth, recognizing the value of their contributions, and strengthening a culture where every journey is valued.
Our present and our future are built on the dedication, talent, and stories of those who are part of this great community.
