On February 26, the Loyalty Recognition Breakfast was held to celebrate the journey of those who have dedicated 5, 10, and even 15 years of their lives to the organization.
Amid laughter and camaraderie, the honorees enjoyed breakfast at “La Mansión” restaurant, located in the southern area of Mexico City.
The event’s opening and welcome remarks were led by Óscar Javier de León Álvarez, Human Capital Manager, who addressed the honorees with a message of appreciation, thanking them for the years and effort they have devoted to the organization.
He also expressed gratitude to the employees for being part of Vívaro and highlighted the commitment of those who remained with the organization through its most challenging times, as well as during periods of growth and prosperity.
As the meal was served, the celebrated employees shared work anecdotes and personal reflections on reaching significant milestones within the same company.
Later, Isaías Alegría, CEO of Vívaro Telecom, and Guillermo Enrique Villaseñor, Director of Human Capital, joined the gathering virtually, as scheduling commitments prevented them from attending in person.
Both shared words of appreciation and reflected on the culture of loyalty, emphasizing that the presence of 100% of the honorees demonstrated the sense of camaraderie and conviction that form part of the company’s identity.
“In an environment like the one we are currently experiencing, it is not easy to remain with an organization for five years—let alone ten.”
— Isaías Alegría
Finally, Óscar de León called each honoree by name to present their recognition award along with an additional gift.
