With the goal of promoting healthier and more sustainable habits, the “Match with Your Health” conference was held, led by Dr. Salvador Martínez, who introduced a new program focused on improving health through a personalized approach.
During the session, key challenges we currently face were addressed, such as poor nutrition, limited physical activity, and prolonged use of electronic devices—factors that can lead to weight gain, cardiovascular disease, anxiety, sleep difficulties, and decreased concentration.
What does the program involve?
The program offers individualized guidance with direct support from Dr. Salvador Martínez, who will closely monitor progress toward goals such as:
- Adequate water intake
- Calorie burn and increased physical activity
- Improved nutrition
- Reduced screen time
To support this process, monitoring apps were recommended to help track progress and facilitate professional follow-up, ensuring each participant moves forward safely and effectively. Some of the apps mentioned included Foodvisor and BitePal for nutrition, as well as ScreenZen, Forest: Stay Focused, and Focus Plant for screen time management.

At the end of the conference, employees were invited to select one primary goal to work on over a period of two to three months, focused on:
