In recognition of International Women’s Day, our female colleagues joined the celebration by wearing different shades of purple, a color that symbolizes strength, dignity, and the historic fight for equality.
The atmosphere across the offices was filled with unity and positive energy, reflecting the organization’s commitment to recognizing, listening to, and supporting the voices of the women who are part of our team.
In Monterrey, each colleague received a miniature natural succulent as a commemorative gift. This detail was chosen for its symbolic meaning: succulents are resilient plants, capable of growing even in challenging conditions, and they represent strength, adaptability, and renewed life.
Just as these plants require consistent care, the well-being, leadership, and development of women also need spaces where they can grow and flourish.
In Mexico City, the celebration included the distribution of bracelets honoring International Women’s Day, serving as a tangible reminder of unity, solidarity, and mutual support.
Each bracelet symbolized the bonds we build both within and beyond the organization, and how collaborative and empathetic work strengthens our workplace culture.
Across all locations, colleagues expressed great enthusiasm and appreciation for the thoughtful details, messages, and the special atmosphere created for this occasion. More than a celebration, it became a collective reminder of the importance of fostering environments where every woman can grow, feel safe, and be recognized.
We commemorate this day by reaffirming that when an organization cares for, listens to, and supports its women, it also cultivates a culture that is more fair, strong, and human for everyone.
