From October 13 to 17, we experienced a week dedicated to care, prevention, and overall well-being across our organization.
Health Week 2025, organized by the Human Capital team, reminded us that health is a collective commitment — and that taking care of ourselves is also part of our culture.
On the 3rd floor of the corporate building, a health circuit was set up with stands from institutions and professionals offering free services and personalized guidance:
- Ministry of Health: preventive module on tobacco and vaping
- IMSS Clinic 5: vaccination and Pap smear services
- Lorena Paredes, Nutritionist: clinical assessments, weight, height, and BMI checks
- Óptica Lux: eyeglass sales and frame repairs
- Regio Dental: preventive information on oral health
The atmosphere was warm, engaging, and full of energy. Collaborators made the most of every space to learn, take care of themselves, and share experiences.
As part of the World Breast Cancer Awareness Day commemoration on Thursday, October 16, our spaces turned pink. Collaborators wore themed outfits and took photos in the Communication and Image studio, joining this cause with enthusiasm and solidarity.
Why does it matter?
Events like Health Week strengthen the bond between the organization and its collaborators. They promote a culture of prevention, encourage self-care, and remind us that physical and emotional well-being are key to both our professional and personal growth.
Thank you to everyone who participated, organized, and contributed to making this week a success.
Together, we continue building a healthier, more human, and more conscious company!
