With talent, vision, and commitment, our colleagues Karen Alejandra Zúñiga Aguilar and Valeria Pérez Barajas represented Vívaro at the closing of the SDG Innovation Accelerator, an initiative led by the United Nations Global Compact that invites young professionals to imagine solutions for a fairer, more sustainable world.
For six months, Karen and Valeria took part in training and co-creation sessions, where they learned to design socially impactful projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The result: a proposal that not only responds to real challenges in our community but also strongly integrates into our corporate sustainability strategy.
The closing event was held at the UN headquarters in Mexico City, surrounded by inspiring ideas and companies committed to change. Our project was presented to mentors and international experts, who highlighted its relevance, scalability potential, and ability to foster inclusion, innovation, and social transformation.
This experience reaffirms that at Vívaro, young talent is not only developed—it is empowered, heard, and transformed into a driver of change. We will continue to support initiatives that build the future, connect with people, and actively contribute to the SDGs.
Because when purpose aligns with action, impact is inevitable.
