On June 25 and 26, we had the honor of attending the 2025 Business Summit for Sustainability, organized by the United Nations Global Compact, held at the Sheraton Hotel in Mexico City.
Representing Vívaro were our colleagues Karen Alejandra Zúñiga Aguilar, Corporate Governance Manager, and Valeria Pérez Barajas, Head of the Sustainability area.
As an active participant and official signatory of the Global Compact, we reaffirm our commitment to the 10 Universal Principles on Human Rights, Labor Standards, Environment, and Anti-Corruption, as well as to the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This was our first time participating in this important business forum, and it was undoubtedly a valuable and enriching experience. We had the opportunity to attend talks by international sustainability experts, take part in high-level panels, and make meaningful connections during networking sessions with other organizations dedicated to sustainable transformation.
We came away even more convinced that the path to ethical, inclusive, and resilient business development begins with concrete actions and cross-sector collaboration. We’ll keep adding to the effort.
