On a morning filled with emotion and gratitude, the University Theater at the Mederos Campus bore witness to an unforgettable moment: the graduation of 350 students from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León — among them, 19 who completed their degrees thanks to the support of the Jorge García Abaroa Scholarship.
Gustavo M. de la Garza Ortega, President and Founder of Vívaro, was present at the ceremony, proudly accompanying those who are now becoming professionals.
His presence was more than symbolic — it represents over 25 years of unwavering commitment to education and to Mexico’s future.
Through Vívaro Comunidad, led by Jorge Eugenio de la Garza Flores, this scholarship has been a beacon of hope for hundreds of young people who, without this support, would not have been able to achieve their academic goals.
The Jorge García Abaroa Scholarship doesn’t just cover tuition — it’s an act of faith in the talent, perseverance, and potential of every student.
Thanks to the generosity of Don Gustavo and the benefactors who have joined this cause, today, 19 stories have become living inspiration.
In every round of applause, in every embrace, echoed the fulfillment of a mission: to open doors, transform lives, and plant seeds for the future. Because when someone believes in you, anything is possible.
