Grupo V\u00edvaro company Aldea Solutions (now V\u00edvaro Media) is pleased to announce it has acquired a majority stake in TVTel (now V\u00edvaro Video), a multimedia production and distribution company based in Santiago, Chile.

Founded four years ago by Rodrigo Peralta and Mat\u00edas Sarasola, TVTel has quickly positioned itself in the industry through innovative broadcast and media services. \nTVTel's service portfolio includes production, transmission services through IP technology, 4G\/5G and satellites; as well as centralized\/remote production from its offices in Santiago. \nThe company operates in Latin America and has also been involved in a large number of international sporting event projects.

In the past, Aldea and TVTel have collaborated on important projects. The combination of talent and experience were key in finding this great opportunity to become stronger by providing integrated services; from content creation to distribution through its multiple platforms, including our OTT.
