Coherent optical technology from Ciena (NYSE: CIEN) is being leveraged to support a new network connecting Quer\u00e9taro, Mexico, to McAllen, Texas. The network, which helps content suppliers and wholesale operators, allows V\u00edvaro Telecom to offer interconnection services to low latency, high capacity data centers to reach speeds of up to 600 Gbps through long distances to satisfy the ever-growing demand for cloud-based video, data and content, which requires higher bandwidth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
