In order to give continuity to the academic preparation of its beneficiaries, the Jorge Garc\u00eda Abaroa Scholarship, A.C., held this Sunday, March 10, the event 'Moda con Causa', which was attended by hundreds of benefactors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A total of 60 models, between 16 and 60 years of age, participated voluntarily in the runway installed in the Gran Sal\u00f3n of the Safi Metropolitan Center Hotel, coordinated by Rafael Z\u00fa\u00f1iga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our director of V\u00edvaro Comunidad, Jorge Eugenio de la Garza Flores, and his wife Puk de la Garza, hosted the event. The proceeds of the event will be used for the 230 beneficiaries to continue their studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The models wore exclusive outfits by international designer Jacobo Borge and Zalma, a prestigious local boutique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, the Jorge Garc\u00eda Abaroa Scholarship, founded in 2000 by our president Don Gustavo M. de la Garza Ortega, covers the cost of secondary and higher education for 230 students from Nuevo Le\u00f3n, mainly from CONALEP and the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
