We are committed to promoting gender equality in all our initiatives and actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To accomplish this, we implement inclusive policies, increase the representation of women in leadership positions, and develop an informative gender plan. Additionally, we have established an equitable recruitment system and provide gender-related training to our human resources department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, we implement training programs in local communities to empower women and enhance their employability skills.
