At V\u00edvaro, we care about the overall well-being of our employees, which is why we recently held a conference titled \"Anxiety and Depression.\" This session followed up on April's conference, \"Anxiety: Ally or Enemy?\" delivered by psychologist Am\u00e9rica Rivera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the session, we delved deep into the factors that can trigger anxiety and depression, two mental health disorders that affect many individuals in our current society. The importance of understanding these conditions and how they can influence our daily lives was emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference provided valuable insights into the signs and symptoms of anxiety and depression, enabling participants to recognize early warning signs and seek appropriate support. The focus was on implementing an action plan to improve our mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the experience, a 15-minute guided meditation exercise was conducted at the end of the conference, with the aim of providing a space of tranquility for all attendees. This activity offered an opportunity to promote relaxation, which serves to calm the mind, reduce stress, foster mindfulness, and enhance emotional well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
