With the purpose of strengthening the relationship between our collaborators and CEO, Gustavo Mario De la Garza Flores, virtual meetings, known as Coffee Time, where he talks with V\u00edvaro employees from various locations and business units are held every month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collaborators from Mexico City, Chile, Canada, and Monterrey took part in the August edition of the activity, and two of the six participants shared their point of view regarding the occasion: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"I thought it was a very valuable activity, since it breaks the barrier that usually exists between top executives and employees of a company; this contributes to improving communication and interpersonal relationships within the organization,<\/em>\u201d shared Juan A. Castro, Network Operation Center Technician of V\u00edvaro Media.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI thought it was a good initiative because through this type of talk we can not only have a vision of how activities are managed at V\u00edvaro Media, as well as the horizon we are heading towards, but we can also ask, give our opinions and make suggestions based on our experience as collaborators, in addition to building rapport and a direct communication with the CEOs who lead the global projects that we develop together,\u201d shared Nancy Vargas, V\u00edvaro Media.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n
