After half a year of intense work, our Engineering team renewed our entire IP network and made it one of the most advanced and powerful on the market, to the benefit of our business clients and carriers.
Our team of engineers worked intensely throughout 2023 to grow the network's infrastructure and capacity by 150 times!
This growth significantly strengthened our technological capacity to serve our customers more quickly and efficiently.
The main people responsible for this achievement are engineers Javier Serrano, Miguel Alfaro, Domingo Tovar, Gregorio Santos, and Armando Martínez.
The work began on January 18th and concluded on June 16th of last year.
Sergio López, Vívaro's Engineering Manager, explained that with this technological renovation, our clients will experience extraordinary agility in delivery and exponential growth in their capacity, in addition to a notable change in their internet access speed.
"Delivery times will be shorter and capacity expansions less costly. The risk of saturation in equipment processing will be reduced; there will be continued validity in the maintenance of components and in the virtual management of licenses for reassignment of capacities," the specialist added.

Vívaro went from 880 Gigas of infrastructure capacity to 2 Terabytes. That is, it achieved a growth of 150 percent.
The number of routes to the internet increased from 4 million to 10 million.
