On November 20, the Qatar 2022 World Cup will begin, an event that stands out for its sporting nature, but also for all the technological innovation that is required to transmit the signal to all corners of the world.
This is the fifth consecutive World Cup in which Vívaro Media will participate offering the transport of video signals to television stations around the world.
"We will be transporting video signals with ultra high definition in UHD and 4K, in addition to delivery with high availability and ultra low latency,said Gustavo Mario de la Garza Flores, CEO of Vívaro.
In this edition, it will support coverage to 18 broadcasters, reaching around 600 million people, in ten countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Uruguay, Canada, Belgium, Holland and South Africa.
To bring broadcasting to fans, innovative solutions involving 160 video links, 28 data links and more than 60 Gigabits of bandwidth will be used.
