WE HONOR THE GREATNESS OF WOMEN 

On the occasion of International Women's Day, Vívaro organized a virtual panel, in which three prominent panelists shared their experiences and reflections on the struggle for gender equality in the workplace.   

The event, which took place on March 7, provided an opportunity for all participants to interact through a question and answer session, creating a dynamic and enriching space.  

Women leaders at the fore  

The panel was comprised of three influential women in their respective fields: Liliana Garza García, Karla Paola Soto and Mónica A. Serrano Aguilar, who addressed various topics related to inclusion and female empowerment in the professional environment.  

Liliana, commercial and marketing director of the ACE Esports League highlighted the essential role of women in leadership spaces. “It is fundamental that women dare to occupy these places, as only in this way can we generate the necessary changes,” she said.  

Karla, Commercial Manager Vívaro Digital, highlighted the importance of sisterhood and mutual support among women. “The road to gender equality should not be traveled in isolation. It is vital to support each other, share our experiences and work together for the same goal,” she explained during her speech.  

For her part, Monica, Product Manager at Vívaro Telecom, focused her speech on the challenges of being a leader in a professional environment. “Being a woman in leadership positions brings additional challenges. We often face higher expectations and constant scrutiny. However, it is important that we keep moving forward,” Monica said, highlighting the importance of resilience and self-confidence.  

A more equitable future  

This virtual panel on Women's Day not only served to reflect on the progress achieved, but also to reaffirm the commitment of all those involved in the struggle for a more egalitarian work environment. With initiatives such as these, Vívaro demonstrates that inclusion and gender equity are fundamental values in its corporate culture.
