Every year since 2011, July 24th commemorates World Self-Care Day, raising awareness in society about the importance of preserving health 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Dedicating time to oneself and fulfilling our needs can boost self-esteem and self-efficacy, while practices such as therapy or talking to a friend help manage emotions and improve mental health. Taking time to rest and recharge increases concentration and productivity. Additionally, when we are more balanced and at peace with ourselves, we maintain healthier and more positive relationships with others.
