In recent weeks, the collaborators of Vívaro have immersed themselves in all available information to reach an informed vote, ensuring that Mexico congresses, and their respective municipalities have the best possible leaders in the upcoming administrations.
Vívaro, through the Internal Communication and Human Capital department, provided valuable information to guide each of the collaborators about the electoral process that the country experienced on Sunday, June 2, through the campaign "El futuro es nuestro, el voto es tuyo" (The future is ours, the vote is yours).
Additionally, an initiative was launched to encourage Vívaro professionals to go to the polls and do the same with their families.
In exchange for a photo that documented their participation in this democratic celebration and verification through the INE perforation, the Human Capital area will grant a day off in 2024 to those who met these requirements from Monday, June 3 to Tuesday, June 4. This incentive attracted the attention of over a hundred collaborators.
In this way, Vívaro and its staff contributed to a high participation rate in this exercise that determined the next presidency of Mexico, as well as those who will fill the seats in the Chamber of Deputies, the Senate, and local congresses. Municipal presidents in various entities of the country were also elected.
