At Vívaro, there has always been a space for young people about to graduate to get to know the working world. And at Vívaro Video, our subsidiary in Chile, it is no exception.
A few weeks ago, students from Cardenal Raúl Silva Henríquez School completed their internships at our subsidiary in the Andean country. The experience was so gratifying for these future professionals that the executive body of the educational institution sent a letter to Paola González Cáceres, Human Resources Manager at Vívaro Video, thanking her for all the facilities provided for this essential stage of their students’ development.
“We want to express our gratitude to the company for giving our young people from the Class of 2024 the opportunity to complete their professional internship with you,” reads the letter signed by Matías Normabuena Lara and Viviana Núñez Sepúlveda, TP Coordinator at CRSH School and Fundación Belén Educa, and the Director of CRSH, respectively.
“This step is fundamental for obtaining a degree in the selected specialty and subsequently entering the working world. The experience gained during this period leaves a mark and valuable lessons for the students. The skills and abilities they develop are crucial when facing formal employment.”
At our company, we will continue to provide the support that new generations need, as we are certain that the future of our planet lies in their hands.
