The founder and president of Vívaro, Don Gustavo M. de la Garza Flores, participated in the closing of the Entrepreneurship and Business Coach Certification program, to share his experience as a successful entrepreneur in Mexico.
The meeting, led by Claudia Sheppard, founder and CEO of Latin Powerhouse, a school of life and business that has more than 4 thousand graduates and a community with presence in 25 countries around the world, was part of the closing of trainings for entrepreneurs, which are organized from Los Angeles and in which people from all over Latin America participate.
Don Gustavo's presentation, made via Zoom, was called Aptitud + Actitud, in which he shared his journey in the world of telecommunications, from its beginnings to the present, including the vicissitudes.
'Attitude is a raging desire within us that drives us to be better. It is an internal revolution that leads us to seek other paths. It is an inner fire that not only burns us but radiates out to others, making us leaders.
In short, aptitude is the ability to have a salary, attitude is the courage to increase responsibilities and consequently the factors of personal satisfaction', Don Gustavo shared with them.
We have to break the circle. We can stand by and watch the world go by without doing anything. We have an obligation. What makes me move me is to think of the supreme moment, when God calls me and asks me what did you do with the talents I gave you, and I can't answer him, it terrifies me. I want to arrive with conviction and be able to say that I squeezed them to the last drop. Then they will tell me 'pass it on' and I will go in very proud', Don Gustavo shared with the entrepreneurs in attendance.
