In order to consolidate our ethical culture, we participated in a specialized program designed to accompany companies in strengthening their integrity and transparency systems.
For 6 months, we were supported by "Hagámoslo Bien", a civil association committed to promoting a culture of legality, in collaboration with ProIntegridad USAID. During this period, we received fundamental tools that facilitated the process of strengthening our organizational culture.
The closing ceremony took place on March 13, 2024, at the Cintermex facilities in Monterrey, N.L. At this event, Vívaro was recognized for its outstanding participation, with the presence of colleagues who were part of the team that promoted the implementation of the program in the organization.
It is an honor for us from the Telecommunications sector to be recognized for our participation in the first generation of this program.
This achievement reaffirms our commitment to promote our integrity system as a competitive advantage and a resilience factor for the organization.
