We celebrate the successful closure of the socio-emotional workshop "Experiential Training: Humanizing Change with Values"! Over the past four weeks, our employees immersed themselves in a journey of personal growth and emotional development. With weekly sessions lasting two hours each, this workshop provided valuable tools to face change in a positive and enriching way.
Throughout the eight hours of training, participants explored different aspects of humanity, learning to manage their emotions, strengthening resilience, and cultivating fundamental values in their personal and work lives. Each session was filled with interaction, reflection, and meaningful practices that helped them grow both personally and professionally.
