Throughout its history, Vívaro has become a cornerstone in the growth of large companies, paving the way for efficient connectivity.
Canal Once is its most recent proof: in recent times it has undergone a transformation that, today, makes it an extraordinary digital multi-platform on which to share its entertainment, educational and cultural content, inside and outside the country.
Exactly 64 years ago, Canal Once began broadcasting and later became the first public television station in Mexico.
Hoy, a través de Amazon Web Services (AWS), respaldado por Vívaro Digital, se asegura de que sus contenidos lleguen a cada rincón del planeta, cautivando a personas de todas las edades, a través de sus multiplataformas.
Eduardo Valenzuela Vázquez, coordinator of Once Digital, explained how its programs captivate the senses of everyone with access to them, thanks to their digital transformation.
“We’ve made it possible for our platform to support more than 5 million views on different devices and platforms. We have more than 16 thousand contents uploaded, including videos, images, audios, documents for operation. [We also possess] a non-stop, 24/7, year-round signal, as well as digital transmissions on our social networks.
“This does nothing more than grow our audience and allow a public network to reach where it must go, have a robust digital platform so that the people who watch us -children, youths and adults- can have access to the educational content and culture we offer,”said Valenzuela Vázquez.
Through cloud services, implemented by Vívaro Digital Professional Services -which focused on supporting them through the AWS infrastructure service and the CDN (cloudfront) for content delivery- is how this television station has achieved its objectives practically in record time, as stated by Anahí Sacnité Vázquez Santana, Division Head of Once Digital Institutional.
“Canal Once already had a captive television audience. (But) reaching a multi-platform audience, that is, digital, enables a 360 experience, with quality content on websites, applications, social networks, streaming”, said Vázquez Santana.
In the last 13 years, Canal Once made a huge leap, starting in 2010 when its signal was first broadcast on open television channels.
Today, its collaborators agree that growth must be upward, now that it has become an example of digitization.
“(We want) to continue growing, positioning ourselves in the digital reconversion as a potential public network and with a large amount of content. An integral part of growing as a multi-platform medium is getting closer to the audience, with the certainty that we are going to give them the correct information”, said Eduardo Valenzuela Velázquez, coordinator of Once Digital.
