Teams, in addition to facilitating our teamwork and helping us achieve our goals, never ceases to amaze us with its updates and functionalities: here we share three of the most relevant novelties of the platform.
- “Unread” in Activity Feed
The “Unread” toggle switch helps users to quickly see all the unread activities on their feed of start
- Open the Teams calendar in a new window
If you're in a meeting and need to create a new one, select “Show meeting details” in the top right corner of the app. By clicking on "Create a new meeting", it will automatically open in a secondary window.
- Assigned seats in conference mode
You can now assign attendees seats in conference mode as a meeting organizer or moderator.
To assign seats once within the meeting, select “More”. Then click on “Conference/joint mode”.
In the window that appears, check the box at the bottom to enable conference mode. Once activated, you will be able to drag and drop the person icons to the seat of your choice.
Remember that by being a Vívaro collaborator you can enjoy all the functions that Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft 365 suite have.
