On February 18, at Torre San Jerónimo, we experienced a deeply meaningful moment for our community.
As every year, the imposition of ashes marked the beginning of Lent— a tradition that within our company has gone beyond the liturgical calendar to become a space for gathering, reflection, and inner peace.
Ministers from the Parish of Nuestra Señora del Carmen joined us with the same closeness and warmth that have become part of this much-anticipated tradition. Throughout hallways, offices, and shared greetings, there was a sense of respectful silence, of a much-needed pause—those moments that invite us to look inward and recognize what we wish to transform, give thanks for, or renew.
Beyond the religious act, this occasion reminded us of the importance of pausing in the midst of our routines, reconnecting with what truly matters, and acknowledging that our stories—so different from one another—find common ground when we share space with purpose and respect.
Lent invites us to walk with awareness, openness, and intention. And as a team, it reminds us that we are also called to build a more human, empathetic, and supportive environment.
Thank you to everyone who participated and to those who made it possible for this tradition to remain alive.
May this season be for all of us a path of renewal, serenity, and light.
